Prices, payment methods and invoicing

Currency and prices

The main currency is the euro. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Before an order is confirmed, checkout displays the final total and any tax adjustments applicable to the customer's country and status.

Payment methods

  • Shopify Payments and supported payment cards.
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer.

Available payment methods may vary by country, currency and device. Payment providers may carry out fraud-prevention checks or decline a transaction. Illustar does not receive complete payment-card details.

Bank transfer

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after the funds have cleared. The customer must include the requested reference with the payment. If the amount or currency does not match the order, Illustar will contact the customer before delivery.

Invoices on request

Invoices are not issued automatically. To request one, email support@illustar.art and provide the correct information within the applicable time limits.

Where credits are used, the invoice relates to the purchase of the credit pack. A redemption order settled entirely with credits carries no further charge and does not give rise to a separate invoice.

Italian private customers

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Full billing address.
  • Italian Tax Code (codice fiscale).

Italian businesses and professionals

  • Registered business name or full name.
  • Full billing address.
  • VAT number and, where required, Italian Tax Code.
  • SDI recipient code or certified email address (PEC).
  • Contact email address.

Businesses established outside Italy

  • Registered legal name.
  • Full billing address.
  • Email address.
  • VAT number or another tax identifier, where applicable.

Coupons

Promotional coupons are planned for launch. Each promotion states its specific terms, expiry date, eligible products and whether it may be combined with other offers. Coupons do not apply to credit packs, nor to items already covered by credits; where a promotion sets a minimum spend, that threshold is calculated before any credits are applied. Gift cards and monetary store credit are not currently available, unless this page is updated.

Credit packs

Download credits are contractual products governed by the Credit Pack Terms. They are not money, gift cards or Shopify store credit. An account is required in order to redeem them, and for orders paid by bank transfer they become available only once the funds have cleared.

Payment problems

If a payment appears to have been charged but the order has not been confirmed, do not immediately repeat the transaction. Email support@illustar.art with the date, amount and available reference, but never send complete payment-card numbers.
