Illustar sells downloadable digital products only. No physical products are shipped and no shipping charges apply.

How delivery works

Following successful payment, the file is normally made available immediately by email and, where enabled, on the order confirmation page. Registered customers may also retrieve it from their account area. For payments by bank transfer, delivery takes place after the funds have cleared.

Shipping address

No shipping address is required for digital delivery. Shopify or the payment provider may nevertheless request a billing address for verification, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

Missing delivery

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and the address used for the order. If the link is missing or does not work, email support@illustar.art and include the order number.
